Our Chronic Disease Clinics can be split into four categories:

  • Chronic Heart Disease (CHD)
  • Hypertension (Blood Pressure, BP)
  • Diabetes Clinic
  • Respiratory Clinics (COPD) and Asthma

​All of these categories of Chronic Disease are run by individual teams, comprised of  specialist nurses; All of our Chronic Disease Clinics are supported by a skilled team of Healthcare Assistants.

Chronic Heart Disease (CHD)

This clinic is for patients suffering from heart problems. If you have been diagnosed with a heart problem, you will be asked to attend this clinic from time to time to help with the management of your condition.

​Vida Healthcare offers blood pressure clinics to help with the management of this condition. If you have been diagnosed with blood pressure problems, you are encouraged to attend periodically to help keep the condition in check.

Diabetes Clinic

Vida Healthcare runs regular diabetes clinics and all diabetics are advised to attend periodically to prevent problems occurring. If you suffer from diabetes, you may find information on the Diabetes UK website useful:

Respiratory Clinic (COPD and Asthma)

This clinic covers asthma and other respiratory lung conditions, including Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and patients who have been diagnosed with such conditions will be invited to attend periodically.
