Unlike the conventional weight loss groups that are predominantly marketed towards women, MAN v FAT Challenge supports men and helps improve their health through guidance via an online coach, as well as peer 2 peer support via our interactive digital community.
So, as well as the support and guidance to improve your health and wellbeing, you are also offered the opportunity to participate in weekly activities based on nutrition and exercise set by your friendly Challenge coach.
This 14 week programme can be done from home, getting rid of the usual barrier men experience when starting a weight loss journey. Patients will take part in weekly challenges based around our three core principles; Exercise, Nutrition, and Building Healthy Habits. They will have access to a dedicated weight loss coach who will facilitate weekly weigh-ins and offer support throughout their journey.
